伊藤研究室は、伊藤香織教授のもと、分析を通して都市の性質を捉え、デザインを通して都市のあり方を提案します。
対象は、都市圏のような広域スケールから広場のベンチのような身近なスケールまで、インフラ整備や都市建築のようなハード面から都市ブランディング戦略のようなソフト面まで、広範にわたります。
そのために、自分たち自身が積極的にまちに出て都市の喜びを発見し、都市の可能性を引き出していきたいと考えています。

Welcome to i-Lab!!
Ito Lab, or i-Lab, is an urban design and planning lab led by Professor Kaori Ito.
We make urban proposals through our analysis of the city, working at a variety of scales from metropolitan environments to urban benches while also dealing with the physical and the social.
To this end we make efforts to get out and explore the city, to extract each spaces’ potential.
